Shipping

Within New Zealand

FREE CourierPost for all orders. All our packages are tracked and require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind for you and us. When checking out, please provide a physical delivery address (i.e. not a PO box), where someone is present to sign for the package between the hours of 9am and 5pm on weekdays.

Once we have fulfilled your order, and the courier has picked it up, we will provide you with a tracking number to follow the delivery progress.

International delivery

We offer FREE WORLDWIDE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER $65 NZD.

Returns

Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If over 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item you have purchased must be unused, with tags attached and in the same condition you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us explaining the reasons for the return and your expectations in regard to a refund or exchange.

There are certain situations where returns can’t be processed:

  • If any item purchased is not in its original condition, is missing tags, has been damaged or is missing parts for reasons that fall outside of our responsibility.
  • If any item purchased is missing a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If any item purchased is returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.

Refunds (if applicable)

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit applied to the credit or debit card you used when purchasing the item. Please note it might take several working days for you to receive the refund. Please contact your bank in the first instance and then your credit card company in case you still don’t receive the refund after 10 working days. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. However, we don’t take the responsibility for items damaged in transit and therefore can’t accept them for exchanges or returns. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us and send your item to 4/55 Taylors Road, Mt Albert, Auckland 1025, New Zealand.

We regret to inform that sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.

Shipping Returns

To return an item you purchased, please send it to: 4/55 Taylors Road, Mt Albert, Auckland 1025, New Zealand.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your request for an exchange is approved, we will not charge you for the cost of shipping of a replacement item to your address. Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary.
